We decide, along with Matteo and Enrico, to climb an ice fall just before the arrival of bad weather expected for next days (finally!).
We choose the Benet ice fall, nearby Cave del Predil lake – Julian Alps, which nobody of us has climbed before. A relatively short ice fall that shows nice vertical sections.
The climbs flows in the best way, due to good ice conditions also, and after a quick re-building of belay anchors using new slings, we rappeal down till the bottom.
